My EP titled Pieces Of My Life is released. It’s always a little unnerving to hang yourself out there, but I would never forgive myself if I didn’t when I had the chance. This was definitely more work than I realized when I started, but worth every late, sleepless night.

I learned a lot about recording, mixing, and mastering (and there is still so much to learn); and since I’m a drummer by trade, I also had to learn guitar, bass, and keyboards. But . . . once the music is done I still had to find a way to get it out there, so after a lot of research I found CD Baby to handle the publishing and distribution (check them out at cdbaby.com). Probably the smartest thing I did in the entire project 😉

– The first track is a song I wrote for my mom called Everything’s Different. it’s the first track of the EP and just sort of came together from many of the conversations we’ve had about her life since dad’s been gone. Lead vocal and some harmonies are done by my oldest daughter.

– The second track is called Just Can’t Make It Right. Mainly about some life lessons I’m sure a lot of us have been through.

– The third track is the title track and the tune woke me up one night. I couldn’t get it out of my head and figured that must be a sign to do something with it.

– The fourth track was just a fun song to play around with. It’s called Dreams Come True and took me several different major re-writes before I was happy with it. Hopefully you enjoy it too.

– The fifth and final track was just something I wanted to do. The acoustic version of Everything’s Different is where this all started for me, so I thought this would be a good place to finish . . .

The next is EP underway and hope to get both daughters working on a duet, they both have beautiful voices and I can’t wait to get them in the studio to have some fun.

So anyway, without further adieu . . . .

The EP is released and I would really appreciate a listen! You can use any of your favorite streaming services, you can simply search by my name and it should take you there. If you have trouble, email me at:
